this is kind of weak and in a way pointless, hellow? curls only work your biceps therefor if you get any results from this pathetic workout its only going to be a improvment in the bieps why not do shoulder pressed,lateral raises,push ups or something this is really really dumb

man i hate people who go on about form.. theres no 1 "form" for lifting weights. if you use "perfect form" every workout your only hiting your muscle from 1 angle!!! cheat curls drag curls and sloppy ass jump squat curls are still curls too!!! Big ups for the 10X10s on bis bro... was that the only set that workout or did you repeat that a few times?
