Ingredients:

2 pork tenderloins (about 2.2 pounds total)

BBQ Sauce:
2 medium onions minced (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika


Cook sauce for 30 to 55 minutes
Bake tenderloins 24 minutes @ 475F or 246C

You need high temperature because there is no fat in the pork

  • everytime I do pork loins in the oven it gets too dry...do you know what I can do to make it tender and juicy ?

  • I would bake it to 155F checking the temperature, about 25 minutes per pound @ 350F

  • @nandesneto what i do is i scoup the juices over the pork every 5 - 10 minutes so that it keeps it's tenderness.
