@nandesneto what i do is i scoup the juices over the pork every 5 - 10 minutes so that it keeps it's tenderness.

everytime I do pork loins in the oven it gets too dry...do you know what I can do to make it tender and juicy ?

I would bake it to 155F checking the temperature, about 25 minutes per pound @ 350F
