  • i lovethis song... ive loved rick since i was really young... lol

  • My mother passed away from cancer the same year Rick's father passed away.

    My father in 1999.

  • oh i love this boy ,but this is so bad, out of tune singing, wrong guitarcords, bad it can be.i think he is tot.drunk

  • I've performed this at the funeral for one of my grandfathers and one for a dear friend of mine. It FLOORS people with how powerful of a song it is.

They always ask me where it came from and I'm quick and more than happy to tell them where they can find it. Its one of those amazing pieces of music that has more power than some words can say.

  • Miss U Dad <3forever! Thanks Rick for being you <3

  • What a beautiful man!!! I lost my mum to cancer in 1995... I knew the song before, but since that time I love it!!! One of the most beautiful and touching songs of the world...Thanks to Rick!

  • I love Rick even more than I ever did after watching this. You can tell it was very hard for him to get through the whole song. So sweet.

  • I lost my dad at 17 and like Ricks Dad Norman he had a chair he always sat in, it is at my mothers, Dad visits her often...I connect with this song .....

  • If you have ever lost a parent , which I have, when I was 16 years of age....you can truly get into his words and understand...

  • You guys are all making me cry!
