This is what you need:

1. HDMI to DVI cord or if your monitor has a HDMI plug then get and HDMI cord.

2. Get a 3.5mm RCA adapter with the red and white female plugs

  • thanks for this, I purchased a ps3 getting ahead of myself lol but now Im gonna out and get the stuff I need

  • @darthmo72 yeah brother i totally agree.. pelase sub you rule!!

  • @JLAQ47 The difference between Analogue (D-sub) and Digital (DVI/HDMI) is not noticeable with short cables (<3M). Technically Digital are better at displaying than Analogue though.

For switching inputs, your monitor /should/ have a function built-in. It differs from monitor to monitor though.

  • @darthmo72 one dvi and one d'sub. i ll connect my pc to d'sub and ps3 to dvi though i heard d'sub has a "fuzzy" display :\

  • BUT! I want to use the same speakers for my computer, WITHOUT needing to switch speaker cable all the time...

  • @JLAQ47 I'm guessing you only have one DVI port on your monitor? :(

  • Danke schön
