  • what supliments did u use or did u use any?

  • @rcracer121 I take preworkouts - and occasionally protein. Eating relatively healthy and working out 5-6 days a week also helps

    and did u follow the p90x food diet?

  • @94TurtlePurple All I know is my perception of healthy in the beginning as opposed to where Im at is way different..I suggest some mens health cook books, that was a reality check for me
