Scotland's finest punk/hardcore/grunge (choose your own genre) band. Studio recording for a fine but short-lived scottish television series (1988). From the rip-roaring Bite Deeper album.
Really? I get to choose amy genre I want and this half-baked bunch of self-obsessed guitar-band nobodies are "Scotland's finest" example of it? How about Ska? Bossa Nova? Highlife? Kwela? This band aren't really that bad, but they don't deserve your absurdly overblown description.
After 23 years of going to gigs all over the country the Cateran still rank right up there at the top. They should have been bigger than Nirvana (they were certainly better)
Ah, The Cateran. I remember vividly the Eden Court Bacardi rock week. Thanks to them, I can play a bass guitar, fly an aeroplane and write computer software. An inspiration indeed!
