  • If they ever do make a film of this I hope they don't fuck it up by casting Americans that would be so depressing

  • love all the books! hope there would be movie for it

  • @koopa64z I think Twig was the greatest character, he was mysterious, displaced and sly, much more realistic. Beyond the Deepwoods was a fantastic book, but I can;t say anymore, its been 6 years since I read it lol

  • if Peter Jackson directed these it would be great!

  • @xxFreeenchie I agree about the movie thing. At first I thought it would be amazing if they made a movie of these books, but then I realised that actually, one of the main reasons I love this series is the illustrations. They made a movie of Muddle Earth for Jackanory, and I'm not sure if it was really a success.

  • @Vito9251 Hahaha

  • i love the edge chronicles, i've read them all more than once, in danish though, since i first read them when i was like.. 12.. (and im from denmark), so anything different would be weird... if they ever made these books in to movies it would suck, i think it would ruin the books and the story, some books are just meant to stay books and not made in to film..

  • I can almost guarantee that if the british make this into a movie, it will be good.

It wouldn't be ruined by the american hollywood and cheesy actors.

  • lol also quint was my favourite, seemed more like a real person, Twig my least favourite cause every book he seemed to kill his whole crew & crash his ship.No wonder he had to hire bears in the end.

  • wow, this is pretty much the only thing on youtube about the edge chronicles

  • @hinwer Yeah I know, I liked the name Quint more.
