Plus It Might Have No Sugar But It Becomes Sugar Once In The Blood Stream And The Pancreas Must Release Insulin To Mop Up All That Sugar!! And Bening Not A Natural Food as it is processed Too Much Insulin Will Be Produced!! And Low in Salt? Well Again What Kinda Standard do u follow? u put salt in the boiling water(ok) and the parmesan cheese?? How much salt u go there??

Right! What Standard Do U Follow To Say This Dish Is Healthy low in sugar and Good For School Meals?? The Pasta is made with White Refined Wheat that is number One In the Intollerance Foods List!! Plus it white refined So It Not A Whole Grain AnyMore! it has been also dried and made to a flour!! Not Healthy At All!! If Its White! Dont take a bite!!
