  • I recommend preheating your machine for at least an hour, and a good quality coffee.you really need that heat to extract the best out of the coffee,

  • hi, what have you done to OPV? and how:)

  • hi, if i remember correctly i got the instructions for this mod from coffee snobs it involves a couple of hand tools and is very easy to do,this hardest part is locting the small screw which needs to be turned 270 degrees anti-clockwise,there is a picture of its location you can get off google images just seach for "gaggia classic opv mod there is a picture of it highlighed with a circle, you need to remove the nut with a spanner then you will see the small slotted screw.

  • @byrne300 Mine comes out with not much crema, its because at the moment im using pre ground coffee. You need really freshly ground and roasted coffee for good crema

  • how do u get ur coffee like that? mine always just comes out black with no crema

  • too fast extraction. grind finer, and-or tamp stronger.
