On the way back from The 2009 Steel Stampede, near Terrebonne Oregon, I was invited to view a beautiful collection of Motocross and ISDT bikes belonging to Bill Cappel. Bill likely knows Kelly Owen in So. Calif., who also has an incredible vintage MX collection, including an AJS 250cc Stormer he bought in its crate (like Bill's Rickman 100cc)! I see Bill also has a 250 Stormer, and what a great collection of Yamahas! A local rider (Jim West) used to live up the street from me and was a factory AJS rider. Not only is this collection first class, but Bill is a first class person. Talked with him several times about Monarks and he offered his townhouse for me to stay in at Myrtle Beach because I stored a Montesa for him that was picked up at Mid-Ohio.
