7:46 Baron Rivendare run in Stratholme. 80 Deathknight

This was my 118th Baron run in my mission to get his Deathcharger mount. Baron died 7 minutes and 46 seconds after issuing his ultimatum.

UPDATE: 12/10/08 - Just got the mount on my 184th run, 66 runs after I made this video :D

lol, I'd say 2 orbs of deception are fair compensation for an abomination glitch :D

As for my enemy dodging - no, I'm not invisible. I'm running a level 60 dungeon at level 80, so the enemies' agro radius is quite small. I was just extremely careful and made sure to keep just enough distance from the mobs. You sort of get a feel for it when you run the dungeon a bunch of times.

Have ran this 79 times so far and still no mount, saw the epic runeblade drop once. Will definatally be back at it once server maintnence is up. But 79 times and no luck. Had the abominations bug out on me 3 times, 2 of the 3 times the doors to baron rivendare do not open and was forced to hearth without even getting to kill him, the one time the abominatinos all respawned and had to be killed. Somebody pass on some of the good luck...

I've heard that the abominations can bug if they manage to walk to the slaughterhouse gate. To prevent this from happening, take out the abominations on the right side first, since they're the first ones who will patrol towards the gate. Just make sure to keep an eye out and prevent any from slipping past you. After you finish off the ones on the right side, there should be plenty of time before the ones on the left even try to patrol to the gate, so you should be home free by then.

Woot! Just got the mount 15 minutes ago on my 184th run. The grind is finally over ^_^

As a neat little bonus, I got his runeblade at around the 30th run. Perhaps I should use these items to confuse noob deathknights ;P

Well, the entire run is presented here without any speedups, so I guess you could start by studying the video. The most important thing is to get a good feel for the mobs' agro radius. At lvl 80, it's small enough that you can avoid fighting anything but the bosses and acolytes until you reach the slaughterhouse.

I got the mount to i was boosting some guys and i said if that drops its mine they said ok but it never drops and it dropped i am pretty happy :)

its not that hard to get now. it used to be a 1 in 1 mil chance or something like that but blizz have made it a lot easier to get, sumthing like 1 in 1000 so ul c more and more ppl with these.
