The Pacific Main Title Sequence (Animatic) - Intro - Opening Credits - Director's Cut

Directed by Steve Fuller. This was the animatic that won us the job. This has a few drawing I did that didn't make it into the final. There were 33 in all I think. It was a lot of fun to work on. Good to work with pencils and charcoal again. One of the last projects I worked on at Imaginary Forces. Thanks to: Lauren, Cara, Corey, Chase, Lizzy, Emily, Peter and all the animators that helped out with this. Gary Goetzman and Tony To really pushed us on this one, but for the best.

There are few thongs that make me cry in this world. This, band of brothers and my mom. I have an important decision soon, join the marines or go to college. My heart tells me marines and my brain tells me college. I don't know why its so hard to tell my mom and dad, and its sad how I'm even posting this in a comment. Maybe I'm just looking for advice or help. Great video, great series but people please don't forget the real men and women who fight for us everyday. Keep them in your prayers.

There's a lot of credit for the drawing, but I like to give credit to Hans Zimmer who is absolutely one of the best composers on the planet right now, who composed this music!

Loved your intro. When the series first showed I always made sure I was settled so I could watch the intro. Inspirational and the music behind is awesome. You contributed to a iconic, great and successful series.

I was inspired by the the music of Hans Zimmer, Geoff Zanelli & Blake Neely and used it for educational purposes for a Tribute video of my Dad's hero, a Marine who fought in the Pacific, Roy Auer, here on Youtube.
