Kiwi, you're one awesome guy. I miss that video on the L1A1 SLR and the SA80. The TA Rifle Company that I'm applying to has a New Zealander Corporal who was my recruiter for a while before he got deployed to a "hot and sandy posting."

i once shot some south american 1911 - it was used up quite badly, but still managed to shoot nice twoe feet groups at fifteen yards lol.

I agree with you on the BAR being a terrible LMG, a role that it was forced into and was not designed for (designed as a automatic rifle). I have a Swedish Kg m/37 version of the BAR and love it, The Swedes did a better job of converting to the LMG role but its still not as good as the ZB/Bren series. I also have a ZB26 I love.
