Every Hour a Child is Disabled Due to CMV! Cytomegalovirus

This is my first attempt at making a short video, so forgive the technical errors. My hope is that this video will help raise awareness of congenital CMV, the leading cause of childhood disability. Every hour a child is disabled due to CMV (cytomegalovirus)! My thanks to Candy for sharing photos of her daughter Emma, and to Amy for the photos of Nolan! The three children in this video, my son Brendan, Emma and Nolan, are all severely disabled due to congenital CMV. Please watch, learn, share and donate. I was born with CMV. I have a mild case of Cerebral Palsy but i can walk and i am profoundly deaf but i can talk and hear because i got a cochlear implant on both ears. I am 18 yrs old and graduating high school this year, I am in all mainstreamed classes! :) I hope your boy gets better!
