Sidekicks are terrible, every time i lose service, it cuts off and reboots, half the time it turns off by itself and the battery drains then i have to charge it up again, every time it cuts off it deletes all my contacts, messages and notes. I can see why they stop making these...

yea but the only thing is.... that you can't make long videos, its not easy to buy ringtones, and the ringtones that are already on it stink. other wise its a good phone i guess
