@HunterPudgeCat Inigo. Not Indigo.

I don't think any man would consider Casablanca and Princess Bride as "a compramise" so much as just a great movies. Also "Hello! My name is Indigo Montoya! You killed my father.Prepare to die!

Re: Belle and Edward joke - I laughed!
Nice list - I've seen most of these. I'm really glad you put "Cinderella" and "Beauty and the Beast" here because Disney does romance well, especially in their animated movies. Also, "Father of the Bride" is hilarious and I always get something in my eye by the end. It took me watching "Moulin Rouge" a few times before I fully understood it, but the story is very well done and the music just fits with the movie's quirkiness.

As always, great video. And awesome pick for #1, as I truly believe The Princess Bride is one of the best movies ever made. Just SUCH a good movie in so many ways. I wonder if there's anyone in this world who DOESN'T like that movie, cuz I doubt anyone like that exists. And if they do, they're dumb, lol

The Princess Bride is so self-aware that it's hard to classify it under any genre. It definitely indulges certain chick flick tropes, but part of the humor of the movie involves pointing out the silliness of those tropes. And yet, it's not quite a parody or a spoof, either, as it does take its story seriously enough for you to get invested in the characters. I'm almost tempted to say that The Princess Bride is the kind of movie that "Just Is", and doesn't fit well into any genre.

Really great video like your others, although i tend to like the more of the straight up typical romances. For instance, just watched leap year last night and thought it was funny and super sweet. By the way, i think your so cute (even though im guessing im at least 10 years older than you are. Whatever i your hot

Excellent list. I now have two more movies to see before I die. "Sabrina" and "Casablanca." Other than that, excellent choices. I should probably rewatch "Gone With The Wind" sometime soon.
Great vid as usual, and does give me an idea for my V-Day with my wife.
Thank you young lady!

The Producers reference was awesome!
I actually thought your #1 would be another Rob Reiner flick: When Harry Met Sally... But, it's still a very nice and well-chosen list.
Funnily enough, I actually saw a really good chick flick yesterday called Sleepless in Seattle. Definitely check that one out, if you haven't.

@ThatFellowCoat I only picked movies I've seen and that I can vouch for, and I haven't seen When Harry Met Sally, although I've heard it is good...as for Sleepless in Seattle, I've only caught parts of it on TV.
And YES! I was hoping someone would get the Producers reference. I LOVE that movie.
