The french bit is "Cent pour cent, je suis folle de toi..cent pour cent..je suis folle de toi..cent pour cent...c'est toi qui m'aura choisi"

So Cent pour cent: 100% (100 being cent)

je suis folle de toi: I'm crazy about you (folle means crazy, je suis means I am and de toi means of you)

C'est toi qui m'aura choisi: It's you who chose me. I think there may be a mistake in the verb conjugations, I mean, that's not how I would want to say that :P
