Wing Commander Nigel Skylarkingham-Jones and crew's RAF C17 heading down to Jamaica for QE2's visit to provide support and services stops at Azores to refuel and pick up few cases of Costa Pinho Rosa table wine and have lunch. As the Crew tuck into Rock-fish and green sauce a favorite Azorean dish

heralds em in.The airport at Santa Maria is fairly quiet this time of day and the sleepy towns are even sleepier while the sound of Indigenous Music of The Azores soothes the working day. The Crew shall drink no wine before its time. A couple of crew members take a walk in the surrounding countryside.Looking for maybe any locally grown peaches at the roadside stand.

Has Been Rescheduled because of Her Pending Visit to USA in May2007. Their is the possibility she may still come though.
Meanwhile C17 crew deployed on another mission and will be back ASAP

O comandante Nigel Skylarkingham-Jones da asa e o título do RAF C17 do grupo para baixo a Jamaica para que a visita de QE2's forneça a sustentação e prestam serviços de manutenção a batentes em Açores para reabastecer acima e escolher poucas caixas do vinho de tabela de Pinho Rosa da costela e para ter o lunch.
