The homeless are seen as a threat to the banksters. This is a people who cannot be taxed which infuriates the banksters. Unless you are turning a dime for the banksters, you are a nobody. All the banksters care about is how many hands with which "their" precious dollar circulates. Its a sort of rebellion. And it works. lol.
