St. Petersburg Police cutting up homeless tents

Police officers with box cutters showed up where St. Pete's tent city residents had moved and set up. The cops slashed their tents to the ground as residents watched in shock. Now one homeless group is moving to label St. Petersburg as the 'meanest city in the nation.' Video by Tina May.

The government destroying Libertarian tent city funded by local Libertarians and progressives with its own mayor! But it led to a summit brainstorm of local leaders that basically changed attitudes and policy in Pinellas. I was very happy to be a part bs in developing ways to end the police abuses and also remove the legal blocks to private and public housing without cost to the taxpayer. Kudos to the mayor for work to get people involved. This is what it's about, but more must be done.Go SPH!

And over 60 million homeowners did the same thing I did - many are NOT "subprime" borrowers. Many are like me - single parents - who do not have the time or the resources to learn about the TITLE FRAUD committed on them at time of closing escrow by MERS. Many of whom - already lost their homes to illegal foreclosure practices by the banks. So the cops are protecting the BANKERS AND NOT DOING THEIR JOBS BY GOING AFTER BIG TIME CROOKS. Many parents are ending up homeless in tents with kids.
