@deliciousdelights123 The ratios are a bit differnt, this is more of a genoise style preparation, you COULD though, if you do not want to get into yet ANOTHER recipe, make the chocolate cake recipe and make the sheets alot thinner (I think my chocolate cake recipe would give you 2 of these smaller thinner sheets)

@ballietbran I suppose there are lots of variables to that. Depends where you are, and what exactly you are doing. But generally, not too well. You have to start very low (the industry is flooded) to work your way to the top, there is ALOT of competition, however People LOVE to eat, and they will always want FOOD!

A fat free fluffy dough, in Germany called "Biskuit". Its a very popular dough for german creme cakes. The black forest cake in Germany (Schwarzwälder Kirsch Torte) is also made with this one. Greetz!!

@thomass1968 YES! This is correct, well...I knew the French term Biquit (bis-kwee) same thing though! Hahaha, YES! I did a Black Forest cake on here and said Kirshwasser and Steph went Crazy!!! hahahaha!
