  • Hi, i have a 07 fxd with 2-1 rinehart with efi race tuner kit- The vance & hines big shot sound the best out of all the vance & hines - Question is, if i switch to vance & hines big shot will i need a different download? Thanks.

  • I think so. But I hear the Rinehart is pretty nice and delivers more power than any 2-2 pipes. Stick with it. Actually, the Vance and Hines are pretty nice, but a bit louder than I expected.

  • Actually, small change... well worth it.

  • Well look who is on another Harley vid posting crap again?? pbmax. Dude, if you don't like Harleys why are watching the vids of them?? I am sorry that a Harley is too expensive for you. Go get a life. Stop posting crap about Harleys to people who don't give a shit what you think.

  • Had the Honda's, Kawasaki's, and Suzuki's...liked 'em alright...but I'm a lot happier with my Harley FXSTC. And if I ever go to sell it I'm not gonna take bath on resale value like I did on the others. So, from my point of view, I got a lot more bike for my money this time 'round.

  • does sound good ,, i have nothing against harleys,, i just wanted more bike for my money so that why i bought a suzuki m109

  • Damn, third post. I wanted to add don't use the nylon lock nuts, though, because those would probably melt. I mean buy the lock nuts that are oval shaped and get bent circular when you put them on. They're all metal.

  • Oh, and I thought you might like this little tip: buy some locknuts for the header pipes. They work fantastic. I put those on and the pipes never come loose and never get leaks at the headers. Best purchase I've made in awhile, and it costs practically nothing.

  • I've got the V&H Double Barrels on my Sportster 1200, and I see you found your pipes to be a bit loud as well haha. When I first started up at 11 at night after the install, I was thinking "holy crap" because it lit up the neighborhood. Your Big Shots have the power chamber, right? The power chamber is the best of both worlds. 2-1 pipes can restrict high-end horsepower, but 2-2 pipes cause a loss of low and mid-range. 2-2 with the power chamber gives good performance in both.

  • Checkout my scooter -Please & Thank you.

  • do it.. they sound much "maturer and gruntier" than short shots on the street bob. I love mine.. and ive tried the others! ride safe
