  • Great vid thanks. Ive been adapting to the raw vegan diet for 4 months now and find that twice a week ill have a huge craving for hot chips. Wondering what was causing it. It had to be salt and a certain type of fat, which I am now testing out different nuts/seeds etc. Adding salt to juices, I am also sure im B12 deficient, which I am trying a supplement for. B12 is obtained from the soil on plants, but with all the chemicals we wash it all off plus the soil is B12 defiecient now also.

  • Thanks you three for this, I am a raw vegan and will continue that way, even if I need to supplement. I did not test myself. I got to find out places to go for that.

  • Before I started on the raw food diet I discovered that I was vitamin D deficient and so I've been much more aware of how important it is to take a supplement or stay in the sun.
