if someone buys a timeshare and uses it for 30 years like many do and sell it the same thing then awesome even if half then great. 30 years ago a week cost 800bucks. who cant sell it for that? you have to keep it long enough. AND its not like a house its not meant to be invested in. nor should a house now a days.
