so true about people thinking you have to have a permit and get it registered. I took some of my friends shooting who were a little nervous about it, and later on they asked about the steps they would have to take to buy a gun themselves. "where do I apply for a permit, where do I get it registered...." I told them that in Texas you don't have to do any of that thank God.

They can ban guns but people will still get them. They cant stop shit.

I'll agree that if that's his "baby", he needs help. Help finding more better rifles which are out there! I had to carry the M-16 in uniform, and that was enough to let me know that I'll never carry one voluntarily. An AK or Mini-30 maybe. Anything, just about, over the AR system! Gimme an old M-1 any day!

@PerrrfictKats they also took guns away from some people during the LA Riots after the Rodney King verdict came down. I think law enforcement ended up going into rich neighborhoods or something like that if I have my facts straight.
