Yes, Youmu's first appearance was as the 5th Stage boss in Perfect Cherry Blossom. This is her stage theme.
She makes a reappearance along with her theme in PoFV as do many, MANY previously-seen characters. =P So your confusion is understandable.

Love it. There are far too few good remixes of Youmu's theme (any of them) and this is the best one I've encountered.
Also, to contribute to the discussion, it's from PCB, and the Touhou wiki agrees. The lyrics are also dead on to Youmu's roll in PCB.

Really like this song =D And unlike most of the Touhou fan made slideshows out there, this one actually had decent picture =D keep up the good work ^_^
