This is my first video blog. I suffer from panic attacks, agoraphobia, dysthymia, OCD and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have been in the psych ward like 7 times and I'm 19. I'm going to start making diaries on youtube explaining my experience in detail. By doing this I hope to show other people with these problems that they are not alone and to also express myself and maybe get some support and help. There will be more to come very soon so look back!

  • Hey Awesome video ... :) Are you on SAS at all ?

  • @kaysageable Thanks :) I don't know what SAS is.

  • I watched all your videos the other day. I know exactly what you mean down to the smallest detail. Glad you decided to make videos about it. :)

Here's a bizarre question: if you go to make a sandwich and open up the bread bag, do you take the first two slices at the front or do you reach about 3-5 slices into the bag?

That's something I always used to do. It's weird, but maybe you might understand.

  • omg i do that all the time, what does it mean?@TheMoney28

  • @Davesagoof101 I know one "normal" person who does it, but it is a symptom of ocd or your scared that the top slices are contaminated or something.

  • @TheMoney28 Yes!! Lol I so do that and with like cups at a restaurant I won't take the one on top i'll take a middle one, donuts in a grocery store I will take one in the way back, etc.

  • interesting

  • That's a lot of diagnoses they've slapped on you! All those other things seem to fit under PTSD so I don't see the need for all those labels. If you've experienced trauma, EMDR or a trauma focused therapy could help decrease symptoms. Also, a good doctor will work with you to find the right medication instead of just telling you what to do. YOU are the expert on your symptoms so the doctor should be asking you what directions you want to go with medication. Hope you're doing well :)

  • @tainigurrl yeah it must be hard when lil b the based god dumps your ass

  • Similar things happene to me! The weird effects of the panic you mention sounds like intense "depersonalization" and "derealization" although I know labels arn't always accurate for every case. I have it at times. Interesting that they sent you to a psyche ward.

  • you look to happy .a person with panic does not look this happy

  • Hi Ashley I can relate. Are you on facebook?

  • @tainigurrl oh i do all that but im "normal" lol
