Not the best I could've played, because I was quite nervous! I've made few mistakes with the notes. This was a while ago. By the way, my piano teacher and I "edited" the piece, by cutting out the middle section the second time to make the piece shorter for the recital. I hope I can get another recording of myself playing this, next time the recording of the FULL piece.

You take some liberties with tempo that I've never heard before. Nice middle section. Go for more dynamic variation, esp. quieter at the beginning.

Too fast, Morgoth? How many interpretations of this piece have you heard? For instance Steen-Nøkleberg's version is much faster and sounds wonderful.

yeah, my teacher actually made me play slower than we had originally intended, because she was afraid that i would go out of control and jumble up the notes terribly

Fantastic ! I have this wonderful interpretation saved to my favourites, and play it regularly, especially when I'm feeling a bit down,- it always works !.
