Australia by Motorbike: Part 1 of 3

In 2010, after a cancer scare & a 6 year relationship ended within two weeks, I lived my dream to ride my motorcycle around Australia.

After touring and camping my way half way around Australia I stopped in a small sea-side town called Broome. I was offered a job in the motorbike shop & stayed for 7 months.

It was in Broome I found myself, love, & a new bike.

I really liked your old video entries before they you put them into 3 big ones. There was one where you found a shingle back skink and your bike tipped over and you got a help from 2 truckers. I really really liked that one. Any chance you can re-upload that one?

@wbstr8934 Hey mate, thanks so much, I'm really glad you enjoyed my original clips, unfortunately not many people watched many of them, so I tried to make it more entertaining and accessable. So I won't be uploading any original clips soon, however I did keep a bit of the castrol truck guys helping me out, and the skink in Part 1, from 3:45 to 4:15. Take it easy, mate!

Broome Motorcycle and Small Engine World (or a similar name)? In Clementson? My wife and I just did the return across the Nullarbor (Perth -- SA -- Vic -- NSW and back) on our bike -- and we're both in our 60s. We have friends in Broome, and I used to live there a longtime ago, It's on our list to ride to, but let's be honest -- it isn't a great road from Perth to Broome! And when you get there -- "Where will we ride today?" Errrr, Willare Bridge? Or ... Willare Bridge. Thanks for a great video.

Yep that's the shop... and you're right, it's not the best road ever, however the sense of wonder for me going up the first time kept me going, as well as all of the amazing places along the way like coral bay.... and you're more than right about there being no where to go for a ride! What bike were you riding, sounds like it would have been an awesome adventure...
