@STxV13 Thats not Carlos Mencia, its the Governor of LA Antonio Villaraigosa. This law doesn't specifically state that it targets Latinos. It seems that way we(Latinos) are making it target us,and because the major population of AZ is comprised of mostly the Latino/Hispanic race. It is implied that it targets a specific race. This law totally contradicts the Federal law, and our US constitution has and immigration law in it.
