My original plan was to make this the topic of Episode 15 Part 3. Instead due to time limits. I went ahead and made this into a Bonus Thought subject. In this Bonus Thought I talk about the 2 ways companies are selling games to gamers. Fighting games are popular again, but could be harmed by the old ways of business.

  • i love fighting games i had a hunch they were going to do this with street fighter that's why i still have not bought the first one.Lets be honest it hasn't even been a year and already a new game what a rip off. However this will go on def ears because gamers have tricked themselfs into thinking that video game compaines care about them.I was arguing with a guy on one of my videos, telling him the video game industry is invaded by sharks, however it feel on def ears, great video 5 starz.

  • Thanks for the support! I'll check your video out asap. Ya it's going to fall on death ears. At the same time I hope at least a few listen!

  • It's a shame that your brilliant examples will fall on death ears due to blind obedience and sheer ignorance of the truth. Not to sound pestimistic but 2.5 m between 2 consoles does not make a comeback but a glimmer of hope. I'm crossing everything on TvC.

  • The fighting Genre is a small market within the Core Gamer Group. The average fighter fan will be almost every fighting game available. Even with not enough time to play them. Fighter games take more time to master also. The point I'm trying to make is don't piss your small fanbase off. By being greedy! Capcom is releasing the US Version of TVC in Japan, but for a reduced price. That's the right way! The wrong way would to charge full price. Just because of the extra content and online mode.

  • Instead for a game like Super StreetFighter 4 which all of it's content could have been in first game. Even available for DLC at the gamers choice. They are forcing you to buy this new game. For a price more then the original game you already have. Well the rumor is! When we all have bought new PS3/360 with huge harddrives. A game like Tekken has everything you would expect from the series. A complete all out upgrade. The same for the Naruto game. This is being sold for a cheap price!

  • Yeah, Super Street Fighter 4 is un-needed. It could easily be DLC.

  • I am fully aware of Capcom's greed. Nearly 30 years as a gamer I have not yet seen them sway from it, so what your saying comes at 'no surprise'. *see Rockman franchise

  • great video

  • i disagree with naruto, as they could have given the full game first time around as well, look at the first bleach on the wii they said screw the licencing, GNT hasnt really changed, ive played all the japanese ones.

I agree with burst limit being fail on the basis that it was less of a game than tenkaichi 3 but at least raging blast will improve on an old game same as any other franchised title worth its salt

  • Good video with some good points =)

I personally, if I had the money, would buy anything DBZ related. however, I don't have the money. And seeing as I already have Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for Wii. I see no point in getting Raging Blast.

After all, I'd be happy with BT 3 graphics, just as long as they added new content and characters, etc. But less content for graphics!?!?!?!?
