cant figure out your trading strategies...looks like you r overtrading

You need to look more at support/resistance and get back to basics, maybe stay out during deadzones etc. I made 1400 today on 5 trades..MUCH less stress than your trading style.

One word of advice..let the trade come to you instead of in/out 30 times a day and you will improve your trading a lot
