Also, I've found that Ashampoo Magical Defrag seems to be quite an effective tool. It automatically defragments your hard disk in the background when you're not doing anything. I still do a manual defrag every once in a while though.

I already use half the tools you mentioned (CCleaner, AVG and ZoneAlarm), but the rest should come in handy :)
