  • Thats not the battery bro thats a dragging starter

  • It actually was the batt... lol... Car sat for 7 years... I've burnt the back tires trying 1/4's... 12sec

  • Sounds great, im ordering an h-pipe for my 5.0 in march =D already have the shorty headers and flowmaster 40's.

  • yeah... I like the delta's... they are very smooth and clean... the originals (40's) are too loud, if you want a pure sound then go with the delta... I know a lot of peps' will bark on this comment... LOUD IS NOT THE BOMB... And for those that know a good exhaust, feel free to contact... I hate bothering my neighebor... etc...

Super loud is red-neck, if that is what you want, than run stait pipes... Lata'

  • aluminum heads?

  • u say out like you are in the military. let me guess ..navy?

  • @wannadieessay The cats are off, that's what an "off road" H-pipe means.

  • @111irie

I agree... I went loud on my F150 and after two years, I am just tired of it. After recently putting the E303 cam in my truck, when I get home late, I set off almost every car alarm as I am driving by. My neighbors I'm sure hate me!

  • take tha cats off...

  • @talentedAnderson, why start over just buy a midpipe?

  • just hearing a 5.0 makes me giggle =), fox body are the best

  • I thought you needed shorty headers for the off road h pipe?

  • put turn downs on the muffler. towards the ground... if you dont it will have a really bad drown. and rattle your head off at idle

  • it also produces an exhaust scavenging action by opposing cylinder which share the plenum area produced by the x or h pipe. I have noted big v8 engines respond very favorable to crossing over the exhaust. The exhaust note is also different on a h/x equipped engine. You could run straight dual exhaust without the x pipe, many people do, sometimes undervehicle conditions or economics do not allow for a share dual exhaust. good luck on your project.
