This is the realest comercial ever! It still applies today. This is probably the reason my parents bought me the Atari800 instead of the 2600 I wanted. I was learning BASIC at 10-11 years old. Today I own a few C64 and use it for Machine Language.

The secret to preserving cassette and floppy disks was to keep them away from things like televisions and sunlight. A nice cool dry place. There are still many examples of cassette tapes and disks from those days that survived because their owners took good care of them.
