Retro Video Throwback: STAND BY LEAR

Welcome to the first installment of Retro Video Throwback, where will will examine some videos from the threepointoh vaults. Today's submission was a school project combining the novels ANIMAL DREAMS (Barbara Kingsolver) and SULA (Toni Morrison), the play KING LEAR (William Shakespeare), and the short story THE BODY (Stephen King). Taking characters and storylines from each piece, and putting them in the world of Rob Reiner's STAND BY ME, it is my pleasure to bring to you.... STAND BY LEAR, starring Joe Gillmer, Bert Brown, Nick Suders, Colin Williamson, and a host of others, including yours truley, nate.3.0!

Fan-tastic! Oh, man, I had forgotten that skit...love the dialogue that includes "jauns and chumpies" and blatant Clerks-like slang. Miss the days of Bert with the gang at IUP.
