@Stevieio1 just to add more because i ran out of characters... the russians were getting their asses kicked the entire war pretty much until the army landed in normandy... and the marines were slaughtering the japanese... they were banzai charging and not fighting strategic warfare... any military with a brain could have beaten the japanese, if the US marines were fighting in Europe... europe would be speaking German, and if you can give me 5 reasons i can give you 10 why the army is better.
