  • Thanks for your comment and yes I agree it does go further than legislation, it relates to culture. These two things should be as far as possible congruent with each other.

  • cool video.

  • thanks your video was better though.

  • DrBWatson - you subscribed to youtube this month and have only watched sixteen vids. I respect your wish to post - A - comment. I do not want an ongoing debate with you. Thanks

  • Pamela...there was no attack here against the poster to whom my reply was made. It was the idea (or ideal) of the banning of guns as a solution. We were all appalled at what happened at VT. Let's just hope and pray that this type of attack won't occur again on one of our campuses or anyplace other place for that matter.

  • I know Australia implimented a fairly comprehensive ban on firearms after a similiar massacre on your soil. However I am not aware of the actual laws that were in place before hand... if you could please let me in on that.

  • Redthread I think you have to understand that this goes further than simply legislation. The right to bear arms is actually written as the 2nd Amendment of our Constitution. Personally I feel it is misinterpreted by many and is outdated by a bit.. but never the less it is very difficult to bypass.

  • When you outlaw guns, only the outlaws can have guns.

  • BTW- That has no effect on the validity of my points. This debate is over if you wish. My point is made.

  • Wrong: 6th commandment says, "You shall not murder". Definition of Murder: Murder is the unlawful and intentional killing of a human being by another.

Read the Old Testament: Exodus 22:2 & 22:3. You have the right to protect your home, your family and your property, the Bible says.
