Guitar Hero World Tour PC on a gamepad!

The button layout I used in this video is just like in the original GH-GH3 games, footpedal is the fifth button.

Xbox / Dualshock layout

From left to right

1st note RED (G on keyboard)
LT / L2

2nd note YELLOW (T on keyboard)
LB / L1

3rd note BLUE (Y on keyboard)
RB / R1

4th note GREEN (H on keyboard)
RT / R2

5th note FOOTPEDAL (Space on keyboard)

can somebody help me, i plugged in my joystick and gamepad, but when i go to head to head, the buttons of gamepad and joystick wont respond.

I had this problem with Guitar hero 3 too, but someway i fixed it then. but i dont remember how. Does anyone else has this to, or does somebody know how to fix it

use xpadder to bind the keys like i did

then navigate thru the initial menus using the keyboard

after the game starts u can use the gamepad

ok but, i want to play with 2 players, one with keyboard, and 1 with gamepad or joystick.

u will need to use a guitar with a wireless 360 adapter

i dont think its possible, the game supports one instrument on the keyboard at a time, and the gamepad is meant for the mic (xbox360 is the only one supported) so unfortunately i dont think there is a way, unless you find a way to emulate a guitar controller and emulate those inputs on a gamepad or whatever.

i had old logitech and works perfectly and i bought or buy last year a new one a xbox360style logitech gamepad because the old one crushed.

now this gamepad cant work on drums! :O

but the old perfectly worked on drums... can u help me? what can i do? i dont have idea.

Hi, I set up the controlls in xpadder with my ps2 controller, it works in menus and all that but when i try to play i have to click for example L1 and arrow down , L2 and arrow down in order to make it work, and so on. But my friend is playing on gamepad to and he doesn't need to do that, he can only click R1, R2 and so on, like you. Please Help me!!!!

Can You Only Play Drums ?

Because I USED X Padder To Bind The Keys Than There Was No PIcture Of XBOX 360 Controler ( That I Was Using.Just Like you ) So I Choosed A Random Pic From Folder....

Now When I Started GHWT And Opened Quickplay Through Key Board It Will Work But When The Song Starts I Cant Use Joypad :(
