@BoyBangla Complete nonsense. Regardless of whether it was Diago or not, that Ryu wasn't even given the opportunity to use fireball's even if he wanted to because he spent most of both rounds being raped in the corner, and Makoto made sure Diago stayed there.

i love watching characters like vega who requires "real" skill to use, owning jackasses like ryu who pretty much any moron can use due to his basic bullshit. makoto ftw! ^^
