the sousaphone didn't break. probably was loose and fell off. the drumline pileup probably caused more amounts of damage than you think

oooh, ooh, that's got to hurt! I hate it when people hit my instrument, poor trombone person!
(I bet that guy beat her up when they got back to the bus :( I'm so glad I've never hit anyone with my flag before)

AHAHA the marching band pileups are the best. I play mellophone and I collided with a bass drum once in my freshman year, thus getting a large bump on my head and a black upper lip.

Haha! Thats awesome! I feel sorry for the trombone. I play trumpet and on a horns up I snapped my upper lip. Thats got to just be horrible!

Oh my god, that's horrible. I couldn't even imagine what that would be like! We've never had anybody get injured during a show, but that definitely shows persistence.
