IY2 Ep 9 part 5/5 Eng

Remember, although I always try my best at bringing quality subs for you guys, I am NOT Korean and I am NOT fluent in the language. Because of this, there may be many translation mistakes in this video.

This ep was much harder for me than the other eps since there are multiple cultural references and slang was used heavily...I suggest you all wait for soshisubs before you quote them on anything

My thoughts on this ep:

Mmm... definitely a step up from the other episodes. First and foremost, they had a comedian, a Professional comedian, come work with them. THIS is what we were all missing, Shinyoung was an excellent comedian with an excellent relationship with the girls that allowed her to be a mentor to them and also show them how to release their own variety talents. It was great to see each and every one of the girls have their own shot at entertaining the audience. This teaches them what works and what doesn't.

Right now, they lack a lot of the experience needed, but hopefully if they get more chances like these, with valuable mentors, they can increase this and bring IY back to a level that they need to be in.

Another great thing was to see them ALL together. I seriously don't think the writers were thinking of how they needed to bond first. They need to learn each of their members strengths and weaknesses...learn who they can work a gag well with. This is something they have to keep doing.

I remember a huge turning point in IY was when all of the members spent the night together, it was a new level of intimacy that allowed them to become closer to each other. I hope that the writers of this season acknowledge that and have them spend at least one night together too.

I have high hopes IY2, I'm not giving up on them yet..and it seems like things are just getting started..at least..I really hope so.

Oh man I died laughing when her and then later Woori came out, so funny! and I don't usually like this kind of gag comedy XD

Honestly though I think they need to start making these girls work, all they do is goof off all the time. and I think if they brought Shin Young back then the show would be funny again, Boom and the rest just aren't able to carry the show on their own :/

but I still love Invincible Youth and all the girls!<3

Funny how goo hara was my least favorite out of season 1 but jiyoung is my favorite out of season 2.

Maybe because she is different from Hara? Is that why everyone is hating on jiyoung? Because she isn't like goo hara. I'll be looking forward to more episodes!

Jiyoung haters are really annoying. When she was getting the most screen time in the first few episodes, there was so much hate. Then no one said anything when she was off camera. She was hardly in this episode but wins the challenge and people are hating on her again. I hate to point fingers, but there's clearly a bias in these comments section for you know who. Stop being immature guys.

My favorites were Woori and Sunny, they were both well prepared and their ideas were clever! haha
