Whether or not you'd confuse this wine with a Pinot or not, the freshness of acidity, bright red fruits (with a touch of meatiness), light tannins and food-friendly nature of this wine make this Languedoc wine a great summer red. Platters of charcuterie, or a few lamb chops, grilled over a wood fire...?
