Turn off the v-sync in the game, go to nvidia control panel forcing vsync and triple buffering. (If you have nvidia card). That will fix the mouse lag, has worked for many people.

@TearsOfWar1 I'm no longer playing this game and when I did I went through it well, without lag. And if I did have lag it was because of my graphics card that was bad and that I changed later on.

I remember playing this the first time. Oh man. The sound design in this game is so good! I felt nervous just opening the game and it would take several minutes just to walk across a corridor since I was inching my way across the room, pressing myself against the wall. ;) Oh, and nice to see another Swedish Let's Player!
