We're currently working on a more powerful version of this rocket. We've decided to mix the components by dissolving them in water, and evaporating the water. Using a copper pipe to contain the pressure and heat, along with a directional nozzle.

A few of you guys were commenting on why we didn't add compression nozzles, and why we made it out of PVC.

This is more of a choice of safety. We weren't looking for a 50 mile an hour board. We were looking for average skateboarding speed. A nozzle would have increased the compression substantially. And increased the risk of explosion. And no one wants that. Also, if we were to make the containment out of aluminum, or something. It would have also built up excessive compression. - kickflip580 J
