They don't like to be chased by boats with a motor. Try kayaking and they will come close to say hello.

one of my buds went to a beach somewhere and he was surfing, well atleast trying, anyways a dolphin came up right beside him and let him pet it. he got pics somewhere that his dad got with their waterprof cam.

u should go to Manhattan beach to see dolphins they usually go pretty close to the surfers one did that to me

wow thanks! there's one dolphin that checks on me at night. Poofsh! I hear it breath. I know an old lady who had a dog that knew a dolphin. the dolphin would swim up and the dog would bark and they were pals and knew each other. they did this regularly. for real - true.
