Here are the bosses that you get the armors from.
Althoug hit is easiest to get it from the Rock Emperor and it is considered pointless to get any other of these boss armors. Especially since the SoP defender and Quellease Guarder come from lv.85 bosses. The Pandea boss armors are far more desirable and sexy.

Ahh MosFet
Poor poor mosfet. He has a ton of boss armors and boss weapons and tons of good equips and he's hero, and flies really well. But poor MosFet, is a broken KM Dispenser with barely any defense. Poor MosfFet. It really is sad.
