I think what might help those who have had terrible experiences is they should add more details to the review as if it were some kind of Breaking News headline. It needs the time, place, events that occured, the names of who they dealt with, etc. I'm not criticizing these people, because I've been there myself. However, if they try this, no supposed business cannot call their comments or callibur of comment or report "unworthy".
