A first attempt at a creepy short film. Its a little sloppy, but it as awesome to make! Enjoy!

(read previous comment first) I realize that you were trying to use the lyrics of the song as a part of the story, but it would have been nice if you had just continued with the music during some of the cuts to the doll and had more cuts showing the doll in slightly different positions, so that the transitions didn't feel quite so abrupt. You could have then transitioned to creepy sounds when the doll looks at you. After all that though, GOOD JOB, this was good for a first time.

pretty good... for a first. Your idea was basically sound (and creepy) and I like what you were doing with camera angles, but you tended to linger for a little longer than I think was wise. If you're going for a semi action-oriented short, you want your cuts to be more fast paced. Also, the song/sound effects, although well chosen would probably have had a more dramatic effect if the transition from song to creepy doll sounds took a little longer. (continued in next comment)

My honest opinion, it was your first *so I wont be harsh*
but it wasn't attention grabbing to me. Good idea for a story, but the ending was a bit lacking, and it could have been much more interesting.
However, you had great lighting, camera angels, sound effects, and music. I'd like to see more when you have other ideas.

Well there is an element of a true story here. Basically that location where I filmed Is on the scenic route to my college. One day I noticed there was a evil looking victorian clown doll lying on the side of the road, but we drove past it and we were running late so I couldnt ask to go get it. The next time I drove past there, it was gone. And BAM!.. A story was born :)
