  • Hi, the commanders can be used with small to large amps w/o problem; I confirm the HC III is cleaner than IV and according to Ron the circuits are different; type III is no longer marketed but if you ask Ron I am sure that he could help with your tone requirements.

    Thanks for the videos! I´m thinking seriously about the get a Harp Commander. So I have this questions: 1) The commander can be used w/o problems with a larger amp too, right? As we can see Kim Wilson using it like a preamp to model the tone 2) You says the commander III is cleaner than IV, but now here can I found one is it´s discontinued?
