  • I actually had goosebumps on the part where he explains about "living large in and out" and "working out in the gym as a platform for life." Those words have so much meaning for me..

  • @yahnniemeng George Farah once said is not so much about the weight but getting the blood flowing to your muscles will make them grow fast. Obviously, you need to increase weight, but do it conservatively. not Arnold style !!

  • Want big muscles? Heavy fucking squats. Not bad for your joints. Be sure to foam roll and stretch your muscles often...and eat if you want to get bigger. 80% of time in the gym spent on big lifts, maybe 20% on bullshit like in the vid. You can't go into the gym and do shoulder raises and curls and quarter squats and expect to get hyoooge

  • See but this dude has that looseness at the back of his arm/shoulder that I don't want. How do you get rid of that???
